Bringing art and sport together in 2023 to celebrate Sarah Hunter CBE
In October 2023 Wonderstuff organised ART X SPORT to celebrate the career and impact of Sarah Hunter CBE and raise funds for Sport Newcastle.
As part of a long term project, we created one exquisite rugby ball, brought to life by an artist through their own style, to create a unique, vibrant artwork that was auctioned at the Sport Newcastle Annual Awards Event.
A Collaborative Art Project to raise funds to support Sport Newcastle
Paul Alderson, founder of Wonderstuff, created Wonderstuff’s third annual art event to bring together artists and support a local sport charity. ART X SPORT featured one of the North Easts, and UK’s, most exciting artists.
