Crossfit Open 23.1

It’s time for the CrossFit Community to test ourselves in this year’s CrossFit Open.

One of the many great things about Crossfit is that it enables your average Crossfitter (me) to test myself, and to see how the best in the world are doing too. Last night’s Open Workout 23.1 was live from Madrid and featured local athletes and CrossFit Games superstars, completing the workout live.

Incredible to watch. Incredible to be part of.

I started CrossFit in 2015 (after enjoyable years of bootcamps, and gym memberships) and have taken part in The Open since 2016 (the picture above is from that first year).

The people and place have a great impact on my life, with many friends made, and myself kept accountable to being consistent, developing my skills, and learning new ones.

Much of the ethos of Crossfit I try to bring to Wonderstuff.

  • Consistency of quality.
  • Developing existing strategic and design skills.
  • Learning more about business, design, and brand.

My training and my career are built on the same things. Because they’re important values to me.
